What We Collect
When you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your first name and email address. When you submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We do not collect payment information, and we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
How We Use It
Your email address and name are used solely to send you our occasional newsletter about Cape May — off-season travel notes, local recommendations, and updates on property availability. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or share it with third parties under any circumstances.
Contact form submissions
Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact form submitters to our newsletter list without explicit consent.
How to Unsubscribe
To unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, reply to any email we've sent you and ask to be removed. We'll take care of it promptly and without question.
Third-Party Services
This site links to Airbnb and Etsy for booking and shopping. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, which govern any information you provide to them. We are not responsible for the data practices of third-party services.
